Job Description

• Create a tagging plan and own all tagging and marketing pixel implementation (GTM, Linkedin pixel, UTMs, etc.)
• Audit, implement or clean up existing GTM tags (overseeing coding, testing, and conducting ongoing maintenance)
• Manage operations and governance of Google Analytics
• Establish tracking tactics for all marketing campaign types (emailing, social networks, SEA, netlinking, etc) and anticipate analysis issues.
• Create, update, and maintain a global group monitoring dashboard for all websites traffic and conversions activities (Google Data Studio)
• Monitor the websites changes and evaluate their potential impact on tracking
• Reconciliate/connect data between conversions statistics (Google analytics), leads and business opportunities generated (salesforce/pardot)
• Assist with data cleanliness in the various systems, merging like records, making leads qualification easy
• Measure campaigns performance (volume and quality of leads per business line, per country, per company size, per job title, etc.)
• Integrate or reconciliate with the group CRM Marketing dashboard (Salesforce)
• Stay up to date when there are innovations in your field (e.g. GDPR, new browser functionalities) and participate in continuous professional development to provide the best options to optimize and streamline the utilization of the tools.

• You have worked as Tracking Specialist or in a similar role for 2+ years
• Expert technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Experience setting up and managing complex, large-scale implementations on websites
• You have strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UTM and technical SEO
• A well-structured way of working and the ability to meet deadlines
• Agile Excel skills and comfortable using Powerpoint is a plus
• Fluency in French and English
