[Product strategy set up] Manage product differentiation concept planning and positioning strategy set up by analyzing SEC, competitors/the market.
[Subsidiary monitoring and opportunity identification, risk management] Set up countermeasure strategy against confirmed risk factors by analyzing sales, operation status, and issues in the responsible region.
[Customer management] Oversee selecting, establishing and managing relations with potential customers and partners needed for business.
[Retail strategy set up] Set up min-long term retail strategy by identifying the market, customer, and competitor trends.
[Distribution data analysis] Manage subsidiaries’ and customers’ sales issues forecasting and countermeasure set up by analyzing distribution data.
[Communication strategy] Oversee media mix and communication strategy set up that can enhance SEC’s brand value and most effectively deliver product USP.
[Promotion strategy set up] Oversee promotion strategy set up for expanding market dominance and maximizing SEC’s product sales.
Candidate requirements :
Bachelor Degree (or above) in Business Administration or trade
Have advanced knowledge in Consumer Electronics Products
More than 10 years of Experience as sales Manager in a Global Brand (Consumer Electronics or FMCG) with at least 5 years as Sales Manager in Tunisia and/or Libya
Have proven capabilities to create ideas and generate market demand and fight against aggressive competition
Able to travel frequently to Libya
Strong communication abilities
Good team leading abilities
Flexible and adaptable in site environment
Good English level (writing and speaking)
Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
