Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Analyze client needs using company and external data across focus markets to identify consulting opportunities with key clients.
  • Develop plans for consulting activities in coordination with Country Managers and Account Executives, securing funds from partnership agreements to support consulting projects.
  • Develop project pitches and secure new consulting assignments and re-engagement opportunities via a consultative sales approach in assigned markets.
  • Deliver consulting projects, resolving complex strategic problems, and managing complex project structures when required.
  • Manage, facilitate, and implement consulting services to meet client’s business targets, including assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, external consultants’ supervision, and project delivery.
  • Work closely with other company groups, including Product and Marketing, to ensure a seamless consulting experience in focus countries.
  • Design and project manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, value propositions, and prepaid & credit products on client sites.
  • Develop and deliver client training programs and share best practices knowledge with company clients.
  • Collaborate with designated practice areas globally to incorporate best practices, source analytical services, and leverage global consulting solutions.
  • Manage and supervise a network of external consultants for projects requiring external support.
  • Select, recruit, induct, and train external consulting firms.
  • Develop new and improved tools and techniques for future consulting activities with other teams and external consultants.
  • Manage the company’s consulting budget and resources.
  • Liaise with functional teams (Finance, Audit, Legal, Tax, Sourcing) to define and implement processes to optimize vendor engagement and client relationships.
  • Travel weekly as required to client sites to ensure successful project implementation.
Candidate Requirements :
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree preferred from a top school.
  • Experience:
    • At least ten years of solid experience within the financial services practice of a top-tier consulting firm.
    • A combination of regional and global experience is strongly desired.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong digital know-how and experience.
    • Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities.
    • Advanced client management and presentation skills.
    • Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; SAS skills preferred.
    • Superior project management skills.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic desired but not a prerequisite.
