Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers to assess needs and collaborate with internal departments to determine the best technical and commercial approach to meet them.
  • Act as a specialist for your product sector, supporting sales teams in promoting your products.
  • Identify decision-makers and points of influence to support commercial actions.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance.
  • Write internal and external technical visit reports.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and various entities.
  • Ensure effective reporting through CRM to aid decision-making and monitoring of issued offers.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence in your sector and report the collected information.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher technical education with in-depth knowledge of the mining industry and familiarity with at least some of the supported product ranges.
  • Willingness to invest in developing technical and commercial support skills.
  • Curious, autonomous, and organized, with a preference for teamwork.
  • Ability to adapt to various interlocutors and situations.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Availability to travel to Morocco, Spain, France, and occasionally internationally.
