Job Description


•To fully comply with security rules when travelling in ANGOLA or between sites outside of ANGOLA
•To complete necessary trainings as set by affiliate/project plan (to be provided and tracked by HSE Manager)
•To attend monthly HSE site meeting
•To fully comply with site security, health and safety instructions and to stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings
•To report any issue/anomalies (using system in place in the facility) and to make use of Company STOP WORK policy as necessary
•To perform HSE tour when visiting other facilities

•Responsible to identify, log, progress and close out all interface matters impacting the SPS Package in accordance with COMPANY specifications and for the benefit of the Project
•Participation to Project interfaces meeting including or not relevant contractors (the Interface Engineer will have studied in detail all interface actions open, before any of the interface meetings so to drive contractor toward solutions for the benefit of the Project. In particular special attention shall be made to contractor interpretation of SPS Package battery limits)
•To ensure that interfaces issues are timely and efficiently dealt with during the detailed engineering
•To ensure that HSE requirements are systematically considered all along the interface management process and in particular that interfaces are properly addressed during HAZID/HAZOP/PTR and project audits
•To ensure that SPS contractor is progressing interface issues in a proper manner and in collaboration with other Project contractors

•To ensure that interface data base is well maintained, that responses are delivered on time and responses are addressing adequately the issues
•to ensure that other SPS Package team members are aware of relevant interface issues respective to their expertise/experience and are involved in the resolution of the issues
•To liaise with Contract Engineer to highlight potential COR and cost impact generated by interfaces
•To report to SPS Technical Lead and SPS Package Manager on any issue
•To liaise with Project Interface Manager on any issue relative to Interface impacting SPS package
•To ensure SPS contractor is answering correctly and in time to Interface Queries issued by other packages
•To work closely with all other COMPANY team members and contractor counterparts to ensure correct information is transmitted and fully aligned
•To maintain a good and respectful working attitude and good team spirit
•To participle to the redaction of the close out report and gather lessons learnt

•Maintain and reconcile all interfaces of the SPS package to ensure an efficient and thorough Project execution;
•Ensure proper document control throughout the project life;
•Follow procedures and work closely with B20&21 Project Interface Manager and other Project Package Interface Engineers.

Prérequis Techniques
•Confirmed Engineer, or equivalent, with advanced experience in Oil & Gas projects in Project Management or Operations;
