Job Description


  • Lead the development and testing of provisioning and inventory solutions for our client.
  • Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements and document them effectively.
  • Analyze customer/vendor documents and create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Design and implement solutions for BSS/OSS systems and various network technologies.
  • Oversee the provisioning/fulfillment process for both mobile and fixed line services.
  • Design and develop product features, including interfaces, service catalog, order management, provisioning, and activation.
  • Implement workflows using Catalog Driven P&A and Fulfillment frameworks.
  • Program using languages such as Java, JavaScript, and UNIX scripting.
  • Configure and manage application servers, databases, integration protocols, and third-party tools.
  • Handle network discovery, device upload, and data migration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot network element integration issues and support system upgrades.
  • Guide and support technical teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach team members to acquire new skills.
  • Manage time effectively to support projects through completion.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in customer workshops, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of BSS/OSS systems and various network technologies.
  • Proficiency in mobile and fixed line provisioning/fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of network management concepts, protocols, and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, UNIX scripting, and other programming languages.
  • Familiarity with application servers, databases, integration protocols, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in data modeling and network element integration troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Strong technical and time management skills, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in OSS domain and agile delivery models.
