2. Services Description:
Introduce, drive and manage project plans and governance across all projects/programs
Develop project reporting templates showing dash boarding for internal and external stakeholders
Expert in MS project tools.
Schedule project plans with inputs from the other project teams working on this project.
Creation of a risk register, identifying project risks and creating and suggesting recovery plans.
Set up communication plans for the projects
Interface and work closely with Procurement and logistics.
Manage Actions and issues register.
Create and maintain the single Plan reading from multiples projects plans
Prepare the slippage reports generated from the implantation plans.
Telecommunication project breakdown level activities
Basic Requirements:
Selected member to deliver the scheduling service should have Five years’ experience in planning
