Job Description

Main Scope/Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee a team of quality assurance specialists to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations
• Plan, develop, and implement quality control policies and procedures
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify any areas in need of improvement
• Investigate complaints and incidents to determine root cause and corrective action
• Monitor trends in customer feedback and satisfaction data to identify potential issues
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current quality control procedures
• Recommend and implement changes to improve overall product quality
• Train and mentor new employees on quality control procedures
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and developments
• Liaise with other departments to resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare reports and presentations for upper management
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Education
•Bac+2 in quality management, engineering, or related field

Global Experience
•5+ years experience in a quality assurance or control role
•Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)

•3 years
