Job Description

Manage and control all quality control activities in accordance with identified
Quality Assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications and
contract requirements.
Liaises with Engineering, PMT, Purchasing,
Vendors Inspection and customer to ensure customer spec requirements are
integrated into the Engineering and Vendor data documents of supplied products.
Provide support to Construction Quality
Manager and QAQC Team on technical aspects, actions and decisions during offshore and onshore installation, Hook –up , Pre-commissioning activities
•Pipe laying of CRA clad & CS lines
•Subsea structures (i.e. Subsea wyeassemblies, Valve skids. etc.)
•Subsea spools and Risers
•Offshore Platforms
•Umbilical Subsea cables
•Liaise with Construction Quality Manager Quality Offshore Coordinator to ensure adequate Quality /NDT personnel and equipment for offshore campaigns
•Liaise with QA Engineer / Quality Coordinator
for effective implementation of subcontractors Quality Management system and control of subcontractor’s activities.
•Provide effective communication and coordination with experts or
consultant services with respect to their scope (i.e. Automatic Ultrasonic
Testing) to pipeline construction as required in support of ongoing projects.
•Interface with Welding Engineering on AutomPatic
Welding System (AWS) and NDT level-III on AUT / other NDT related
matters.
•Ensure NDT subcontractor supplies a suitably
qualified workforce, that they possess the necessary training, licenses and
equipment appropriate sufficient and safe for the scope of work.
Ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of
offshore and marine construction experience (jacket/topside/ pipeline/umbilical
and subsea cables) as well as be able to demonstrate significant experience in
QA auditing.
