Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Organize and manage follow-up meetings with team leaders for each batch.
  • Monitor critical activities weekly and prepare associated reports, including explanations and mitigation measures for delays.
  • Prepare external reporting elements in collaboration with other stakeholders (local and site-based PMO, partners, etc.).
  • Work closely with the project manager, division managers, and other PMO team members (PMO director, cost controller, document controller).
  • Integrate collected information into monitoring tools.
  • Identify impacts and seek mitigation measures.
  • Update the P6 schedule and progress calculation tools by sub-batches.
  • Update all indicators and prepare the monthly report related to the schedule.
  • Simulate and quantify the impacts of the Client’s various modification requests on the schedule.
  • Perform internal reporting on the schedule, identifying late activities, tracing explanations, quantifying impacts on contractual milestones, and defining mitigation measures.
  • Manage interfaces with the document controller and deliverable submission processes.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the client on different batches according to the needs of the batch managers.
  • Interface with the company’s team based in Australia and occasionally with counterparts from partner companies.
Candidate Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably within hydraulic infrastructure projects (dams, hydroelectric developments, water transfer structures, ports, and waterways).
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6).
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent ability to integrate information and update monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in identifying impacts and formulating mitigation measures.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage interfaces with document controllers and deliverable submission processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with national and international clients and stakeholders.
