Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Procurement process management
- Proposal of new suppliers and follow-up of the current panel of suppliers (including supplier risk monitoring)
- “Challenge” prescribers in terms of needs and specifications in order to globalize needs – Participation in the drafting and evolution of standard contracts and the improvement of the procurement process and rules
- Purchasing management, Conduct all stages of the purchasing process in compliance with the purchasing policies, the charter of ethics and the code of conduct of the Group:
- Participation in the drafting of pre-consultation files and calls for tenders on highstakes subjects,
- Management of the drafting of pre-consultation files and calls for tenders on subjects of limited stakes (Confidentiality Agreement, scope, …),
- Lead directly or assist the sites in the negotiations of orders and contracts, –
- Drafting of contracts in compliance with procedures and operating rules,
- Monitoring of the portfolio of contracts and orders, assistance to operational staff in contract management,
- Assistance to operational staff in any disputes in relation to the Legal, Insurance and Finance departments,
- Assistance to the Segment Leaders and Global Category Manager Seismic and Surveys in the management of multi-site files.
- Monitoring and improvement of procurement performance:
- Participation in the drafting and evolution of standard contracts and the improvement of the reference system,
- Monitoring of the purchase portfolio (compliance of use,) and performance indicators,
- Verification of the correct application of the framework contracts negotiated by the Segment Leaders and Global Category Manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Procurement expertise tools and systems
- Advanced Expertise of the Microsoft Office suite
- Expertise in the oil and gas sector
