Job Description

Responsibilities of HSE Technical Assistance:

  • Observing and monitoring activities during operations to prevent unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Participating in HSE site meetings.
  • Reporting on HSE activities based on specific requests.
  • Delivering basic HSE training/awareness sessions.
  • Supporting the Employer’s HSE department in managing workplace HSE issues and preparing documentation.
  • Assisting in promoting the culture of Safety/Environment among staff.

Tasks of Process Safety Engineer:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and management of Process Safety documentation.
  • Analyzing Process Safety Data & indicators and reporting them systematically.
  • Classifying incident tiers and defining corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and managing Process Safety findings from audits/incidents.
  • Contributing to Process Safety audits and incident investigations.
  • Monitoring the progress of Process Safety risk control measures.
  • Supporting in technical documentation update and design studies.
  • Organizing periodical Process Safety Committee meetings.
  • Providing relevant contributions on Asset Integrity.
  • Monitoring and organizing periodical drills for Emergency response teams.
  • Supporting HSE personnel in the identification, monitoring, and analysis of Safety and Environmental Critical Elements (SECEs).
  • Ensuring prompt maintenance of all SECEs with minimal backlog.
  • Conducting periodic field/Asset inspections.
