- Support day-to-day customer operational requirements on normal routine and others as and when needed.
- Provide best guideline on network management & monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration and other operational activities to ensure full resiliency network & services.
- Support change management and business continuity activities.
- Working hours as per official customer Technology office hours.
- Shall be able to work more than official office hours in exceptional cases of urgent operational needed.
- Shall be able to provide technical feedback and have good communication skills.
- Engineer will use network tools and equipment provided by the customer.
