Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure the implementation of the Company’s procedures and regulations.
  • Directing and coordinating the Company’s human and technical teams.
  • Comply with the objectives established by the Board of Directors.
  • To comply with the budget allocated to the Operations area.
  • To attend to the needs of customers with the aim of maintaining and building customer loyalty.
  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance of the Operations area facilities.
  • Responsible for optimizing the operational staff in accordance with the needs of the customer order book.
  • Review and approve bids.
  • Participate in the decision-making process of the Management Committee.
  • Supervise the work provided by subcontractors and the evolution of the service provided.
  • Have ultimate responsibility for the coordination and planning of maintenance operations works, including those related to railway safety.
  • Comply with company’s work procedures in terms of Quality, Occupational Risk Prevention and Environment.
  • All those tasks entrusted to him/her by his/her superior and which fall within his/her professional category.
  • Ensure compliance with OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) and Environmental requirements by taking part in Operational Control visits.
  • Participate in the definition of the general policy of the company.

Candidate REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic qualifications: bachelor’s degree, valuable engineering background.
  • Professional experience: more than 3 years of experience.
