Job Description

Responsibilities:

Office Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to comply with company policies.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and facility maintenance.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle administrative tasks to support office functioning.
  • Maintain organized records of office activities and business transactions.
  • Manage internal and external communications and coordinate schedules.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure smooth operational aspects of the office and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve issues or disruptions in office operations.
  • Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, with experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-ordered office.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills for effective communication.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing office operations.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and accounting software.
