Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Migration Projects: Plan, execute, and manage the migration of card operations portfolios, ensuring minimal disruption to services and seamless integration.
  • Analyze and Strategize: Conduct thorough analyses of current operations and develop strategic migration plans that address all potential risks and challenges.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various internal teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to coordinate migration activities and communicate updates.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, methodologies, and post-migration evaluations to ensure transparency and continuity.

Candidate requirements :

  • Extensive Experience in Cards Operations: Demonstrated expertise in managing and operating card services, including issuing, processing, and settlements.
  • Proven Track Record in Portfolio Migration: Successful history of leading and executing portfolio migrations, with evidence of achieving project goals and deadlines.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies.
  • Independent and Team Work Skills: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
