Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Illustrate Concepts: Design examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style to visually represent ideas.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing colleagues to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies.
  • Graphic Design: Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Review & Improvement: Review final layouts and suggest improvements to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Booth Design: Design visually appealing and engaging booths for trade shows and other events.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe CS package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Frame.io) for various design tasks.
  • Visual Composition: Maintain a strong eye for visual composition and detail in all design projects.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Constructive Feedback: Accept and implement feedback from team members to continually improve design quality.
  • Marketing Understanding: Apply knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design to all projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with an online and offline portfolio, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Frame.io).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Composition: A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Feedback: Ability to receive and act on constructive criticism.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and their application in design.
  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a significant portion in a B2B setting.
