Job Description


  • Review and approve technical proposals for Electrical activities related to Hull, Mooring, Process, Utilities, and Subsea packages for FPSO, Subsea, and O&M contracts.
  • Ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability of production sites within efficient costs by analyzing failure modes, reviewing maintenance plans, and controlling operational and capital spares.
  • Ensure fitness for purpose and integrity of all facilities according to group and international standards and government regulations.
  • Participate in commissioning of monitoring systems, perform Baseline, and collect Technical Records.
  • Collaborate with Affiliate Maintenance department to ensure consistency with affiliate’s policies and methods, and optimize logistics, spares, and human resources.
  • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements, Company Ethics & “Code of Conduct” policy.
  • Validate strategy and optimization of maintenance plans, follow Safety Critical Elements maintenance, and ensure conformity and certification of facilities.
  • Manage technical expertise provided to sites in various maintenance disciplines to solve maintenance issues.
  • Develop periodic reporting activities of the Discipline and review Engineering documents related to Maintenance discipline.
  • Contribute to the definition of Commissioning strategy, review Operational Test Procedures, and optimize OPEX.
  • Evaluate CTR personnel and act as technical discipline focal point on specific project/work scopes and contracts.
  • Review CONTRACTOR maintenance management system and stock policy for Area Electrical team to reach target.
  • Share and provide COMPANY reliability analysis, optimization, and availability of equipment in line with production objectives.
  • Review and comment Contract technical needs for Electrical team to implement on time.
  • Participate and update REX and recommendations for future contracts.
  • Participate in CONTRACTOR GROUP audits.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Advanced Experience in Electrical and management, with oil production knowledge.
  • Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity, and leadership skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Electrical Maintenance systems in offshore industry.
  • Good knowledge of GS and CR group.
  • Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus.
