Job Description

  • Welcome and Presentation: Greet consultants, introduce them to the company, and ensure their smooth integration.
  • Consultant Support:
    • Listen to and address the consultants’ requests and complaints.
    • Maintain regular contact with consultants, calling them periodically to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
    • Conduct satisfaction surveys, analyze the responses, and implement corrective actions if necessary.
  • Contract Management:
    • Draft consultant contracts and ensure they are signed.
    • Ensure every consultant is covered by insurance.
  • Client Orders and Payments:
    • Retrieve recurring orders from clients (PO).
    • Ensure payment for consultant services by processing TimeSheets and calculating the service amounts.
    • Collect all necessary documents for client invoicing.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure the proper execution of consultant requests.
    • Update various operational tracking states and the CRM system.
    • Coordinate between consultants and other departments.
    • Manage and animate the consultant network.
  • Client Needs and Feedback:
    • Participate in gathering client needs and anticipate changes through consultant feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French, English, and Arabic.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Office tools, particularly Excel.
