Job Description

You will contribute in the ongoing projects and support Salesforce and Dealhub users as an expert. Your main missions will be to :

 Roll out CPQ and CRM features for the new divisions in the group.
 Support and train users and write user guides and technical documents.
 Administer and maintain the solutions, ensure system integrity, and manage rights and roles.
 Contact the solution editors for issue escalation and follow up the resolution.
 Develop customized reports and maintain existing ones
 Set up data exchanges (API) with CMDM, ERP and BI tools
 Contribute to the sales process continues analysis and identify the best practices for central organization.


 A minimum of 3 years’ experience with one year as a CRM consultant
 Competency in Salesforce (Basic understanding of Salesforce Flow Automation, with the expectation to grow to be an expert)
 Good skills in project management
 Comfortable working remotely and on multinational/multicultural environment
 Fluent in English
