Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage Card Products:

  • Oversee the performance and lifecycle management of card products.
  • Ensure products align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics.

Financial Management:

  • Handle the cards P&L, focusing on revenue streams and expense lines.
  • Develop and manage financial models and forecasts.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.

Business Case Development:

  • Create compelling business cases for new card products and features.
  • Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data.

Excel Proficiency:

  • Utilize Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to track financial performance.

Value Proposition Development:

  • Design and enhance card value propositions to attract and retain customers.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to communicate product benefits.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth product operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing card products within a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of card product P&L, revenue streams, and expense management.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling.
  • Ability to develop and articulate value propositions for card products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
