Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee and manage tactical campaigns, ensuring effective execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies for customer lifecycle management, specifically for card services.
  • Client Onsite Support: Be available to work onsite at the client’s location as required, providing hands-on support and expertise.
  • Analytical Expertise: Utilize strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and customer data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure all campaigns are executed flawlessly, meeting targets and delivering high-quality results.

Candidate requirements :

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the banking and/or payments industry.
  • Banking Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the South African banking sector.
  • Campaign Management: Proven experience in tactical campaign management.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management, particularly for card services.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on execution and performance optimization.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work onsite at the client’s location in Johannesburg.
