MW Engineer

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:
Communication with inner and customer:

• manage MW delivery team
• Work with customer to confirm the design
• Design change work
• Create MR draft and analyze for MW materials for delivery
  Particular combination of skills:
• 3-5 years and above telecom experience
• MW delivery team management
• Work for MW planning activities, such as link design, frequency planning and bandwidth planning
• Experience with Customer MW/ Transport Network Management tools Pathloss, iRiver or Ellipse
• Analyze customer needs for MW planning and make planning and design as required, working with multi-vendor PDH/SDH/IP Microwave Radio and Transmission Networks
• In charge of MW planning activities with customer and internally for MR creation
• Work with Rollout team to solve MW delivery and planning issues
• Work in OMC for MW integration work and troubleshooting
• High sense of responsibility, very good and aggressive work attitude, continuously study technique, good at communication and team work
• Can use English to work, speak, read and write
• Can work under high pressure and can continuously work overtime
