Job Description

• experienced with billing/settlements/collections especially leveraging Cybersource payment gateway
• experienced with Merchant onboarding and MID/TID setup and multiple integrations leveraging Cybersource and other payment gateway
• experienced with complex analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Thorough understanding pertaining to Scheme ICA framework, online fraud parameters setup, Merchant classification, 3DS 2.0 guidelines, Merchant facilitator setup and complexity etc.
• 4- 6 years of experience in a technical role, assuring the client team with the technical capabilities and design
• Experience with Payment Gateway APIs and able to write queries.
• Able to come up with and clearly communicate very pragmatic and practical solutions to integration problems.
• Familiar with plug n play solutions offered in the market as Value Added Service
• Dynamic Currency Conversion / multiple pricing setup
• Demonstrate understanding in Refund/Void/Fraud and Chargeback analysis, identifying root-cause and ability to take self initiatives to resolve
• Experience in modern web frameworks a plus (React, Node.js, etc)
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading meetings with Finance and Operation teams. Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
• Work closely with the Finance other technical teams to guarantee a high quality project delivery.
• Assist client on how to optimize payments using the Cybersource, risk management, omni-channel payment acceptance integration, and many more.
• Collaborate with Solution and Technical engineers to continuously improve the integration workflow
