- Achieving sales targets by expanding market coverage geographically and in various sectors of business.
- Managing business relationships & supporting local distributor to establish strong sales network.
- Identifying and developing new B2B & B2C sales channels.
- Coordinating sales effort with engineering, service, marketing, and other functional teams.
- Monitoring and controlling the stock availability.
- Keeping the customers updated on new product launches.
- Effectively handling and resolving customer problems and complaints.
- Preparing monthly reports, market research, competition analysis, etc.
- Any other tasks that may be requested by your line manager from time to time.
- Qualification: Graduate Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 7-8 years’ Experience in the HVAC industry
