• minimum 5-8 years of experience in payments – ideally cards business
• Marketing experience
• loyalty/rewards experience is good
• ability to roll up sleeves and do the work end to end, self motivated, accountable etc.
• analysis, develop content, drive decision making, follow up with multiple stakeholders etc.
