Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Treatment of Core CS Network problems (HW/SW) and escalated Cases.
• High level network system administration through the daily and periodic Health check and control of the nodes.
• Core CS KPI daily monitoring, check and report the relevant Core Data Collection counters.
• Integration follow-up of the new services and functions in the network.
• Installation of new subscribers (MSISDN) and recharges on the prepaid platform.
• Integration follow-up and update of the nodes in addition to their production lunch within the network “CUTOVER”.
• Isolation and investigation of the failures and Failures resolution.
• Plan and/or execute the SW/HW maintenance activities.
• Operating and maintaining the nodes and services (Core CS).

Candidate Requirements:

• Good knowledge In MSS.
• Good knowledge in UDC and MGW.
• Good knowledge in IP STP , SBG and MRS
