Responsabilités :

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing detailed information about various banking services.
  • Maintaining a database of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up calls are made.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
