Job Description

Responsabilités :

  • Lead or serve as a subject matter expert in the migration of sales for products and services from offline to online channels within the business segment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to facilitate seamless migration and ensure minimal disruption to sales operations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current sales processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide expert support for internal activities and engage in 2-3 client-facing calls to offer guidance and address client-specific concerns.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
  • Work for 8-16 hours distributed across 2 weeks, ensuring flexibility to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Candidate requirements :

  • Proven track record in advising or being employed at leading financial institutions, particularly during periods of digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in migrating sales channels from offline to online.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
