Job Description


  • Identify the resource needs of our existing clients.
  • Prospect for new clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Identify future projects within our clients’ domain.
  • Work closely with our recruitment teams.
  • Evaluate pre-selected candidates if necessary.
  • Develop commercial proposals for each transaction.
  • Finalize contracts or orders with our clients.
  • Review contract terms and conditions with our legal department.
  • Adhere to the company’s strategy.
  • Work under the direction of our sales director in collaboration with our liaison offices in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
  • Assist our recruiters in drafting attractive job descriptions.
  • Schedule interviews with clients for pre-selected candidates.
  • Build privileged relationships with client-side contacts (project managers, buyers, etc.) to develop our business.
  • Cultivate close relationships with our consultants placed with clients to maintain and develop our business.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve our efficiency.
  • Regularly use our internal tools, including the CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, especially in recruitment and outsourcing.
  • Good knowledge and use of social networks.
  • Experience in the recruitment sector is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Excellent presentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
  • Degree: business school or engineering school, bachelor’s or master’s level.
