Job Description

Responsabilités :

  • Lead conversations with clients, providing expert guidance and technical enablement to drive the adoption and rollout of a token-QR based solution.
  • Utilize strong sales acumen to cultivate relationships and secure buy-in from key stakeholders within the Iraqi market, including telcos, fintechs, and banks.
  • Leverage extensive payment industry experience to navigate complex challenges and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of the Iraqi market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and the company digital solutions offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to issuers (Banks), offering strategic insights and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed, ensuring a seamless and successful rollout of the digital solution.

Candidate requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineer or expert sales role, preferably within the digital payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, with experience in digital solutions highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Iraq market, including key players such as telcos, fintechs, and banks.
  • Proven track record of driving successful client engagements and achieving sales targets in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Iraqi National, with fluency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Flexibility to travel within Iraq as needed.
