Job Description


  • Segmentation Analysis: Conduct thorough segmentation analysis to identify diverse customer segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic factors. Utilize data-driven insights to understand customer preferences, needs, and behaviors within each segment.
  • Product Development Strategy: Devise tailored customer acquisition and new product development strategies for each identified segment. Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize, design, and launch innovative products and services catering to the unique needs and preferences of target segments.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the retail and corporate banking landscape. Utilize market analysis findings to identify opportunities and threats, informing product development strategies and enhancing the competitiveness of existing product offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Directly engage with customers to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions for product enhancements. Utilize customer feedback to iterate and optimize product features, pricing, and positioning, fostering increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product development strategies. Work collaboratively to overcome obstacles and drive successful product launches and initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of product development strategies and segmentation initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product development initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines governing the banking and financial sector, integrating compliance considerations into product development processes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in product management within the banking or financial sector.
  • Exceptional market analysis skills with a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Proven ability to develop tailored acquisition and product development strategies for diverse customer segments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the banking and financial sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
