Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Product Strategy: Develop and execute the digital product strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and market demands.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the bank’s products and portfolios, from planning and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the digital customer experience for cardholders, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Digital Channel Optimization: Optimize digital channels to increase acquisition, usage, and retention, utilizing data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to drive continuous innovation and differentiation in digital products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for the bank’s digital products and portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, technology, and risk management teams, to achieve digital product objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing digital banking and payment products, mitigating risks and adhering to best practices.

Candidate requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital products and portfolios, driving growth and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, payment systems, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital banking and payment products.
