Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • In charge of the company’s power equipment installation at assigned sites, give technical support to internal technical team and subcontractors.
  • Solving the power problems during and after power equipment installation.
  • Power technical support for other equipment in the company.
  • Daily maintenance for the company’s power cabinet and periodical report.
  • Perform the service at customer’s site effectively.
  • The service scope includes system troubleshooting, upgrade, start-up & commissioning and maintenance.
  • Perform system expansion/upgrade projects professionally.
  • Support customer on site system operation/maintenance training.
  • Response to customer’s technical queries or issues.
  • Follow up and close the call timely.
  • Escalate unresolved system issues and cooperate with Global Service Centre to find out the solution for
  • system discrepancy and outstanding defects.
  • Handle the products warranty/system notice issues and communicate with customers timely.
  • Track the Latest system revision and new system product knowledge & sharing with the team members.

Candidate requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Additional certifications related to power engineering or energy management, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), can be beneficial.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in power engineering, with a focus on AC and DC systems, batteries, and rectifiers.
  • Proficiency in designing and analyzing AC and DC power systems.
  • Experience with battery technologies (e.g., lead-acid, lithium-ion) and energy storage systems.
  • Knowledge of rectifiers, inverters, and power electronics.
  • Proven experience in managing projects involving the design and implementation of power systems, including AC/DC conversion and battery integration.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Regulatory and Safety Knowledge:
  • Understanding of relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., IEEE, NEC, NESC).
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations related to power systems and energy storage.
  • Familiar with normal tools, like multi-meter etc.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and Written)…
