Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Provide technical support in creating and maintaining stable, predictable, and effective Middleware projects.
  • Develop technical solutions to ensure systems/applications are highly available and meet service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain systems and underlying architecture used in the deployment and delivery of Live Process applications.
  • Design and develop significant new functionality for all company offerings as needed.
  • Produce ongoing maintenance releases of existing products and features.
  • Create proper unit tests to ensure that created code meets accepted standards.
  • Document code and practices to ensure efficient communication of procedures.
  • Adhere to development milestones for code and product delivery.
  • Manage schedules and resource-loaded networks to support schedule execution.
  • Manage customer and team through daily activities, weekly staff meetings, monthly in-progress reviews, personnel management, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Create appropriate reports and perform daily management tasks without direction.
  • Prepare written and verbal reports to upper management regarding project status.
  • Act as a value creator, people developer, and business operator.
  • Recognize and act as an effective leader in the Saudi Banking Market.
  • Generate and support new System Integration Banking business opportunities.
  • Shape and lead programs that translate business diagnosis and planning results into transformation programs/projects.
  • Translate and convey client business needs into tangible business solution architecture.
  • Lead efforts to define capabilities, apply key technologies, and implement business architecture transformational programs.
  • Monitor and manage target value and performance goals.
  • Assess and manage risk throughout all aspects of the business solution implementation.
  • Leverage client and Band Albilad resources to design change plans.
  • Lead effective multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver business outcomes.
Candidate Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and oral.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of development management experience, with at least 5+ years as an IT practitioner, including coding, planning, installation, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-wide, server-based computing environments.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Office activities, including managing development teams and wide-scale, enterprise-wide implementations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on overall development experience with over 4+ years using IBM Integration products (IIB, API Connect, DataPower).

Compétences :

  • Proficiency in multiple mapping techniques in IIB (Mapper, ESQL, Java nodes).
  • Experience in IIB event monitoring, monitoring tools, and notifications.
  • Implementation experience with MQ, MQ-MFT, file, DB-based interfaces, Pub/Sub model, SFTP-based file transfers using IIB.
  • Experience in implementing global cache, exception, and logging frameworks.
  • Testing interfaces experience with built-in IIB testing, RFHUTIL, and other tools.
  • Knowledge of working with multiple data formats (XML, Fixed length, etc.).
  • Experience integrating with databases using ESQL, Java, mapper nodes.
  • Experience writing rules for data interchange in ESQL.
  • Expert-level knowledge in IIB, MQ, and related products.
  • Set up flow patterns/templates and develop reusable flows, sub-flows.
  • Experience in implementing APIs using IBM API Connect.
  • Development experience with web service proxies and multi-protocol gateways using IBM DataPower.
  • Experience in continuous integration of IIB flows using Jenkins or other tools (preferred).
  • Experience in automatic deployment using Urban Code Deploy or other tools (preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, debugging, and problem resolution skills.
