Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and establish a strong brand presence in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development:
  • Develop and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and compelling branding materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
  • Monitor and analyze online performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans, highlighting unique features and benefits to attract target customers.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to gather product information and create marketing collateral.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase our products and engage with customers.
  • Develop customer engagement programs to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Candidate requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 2+ years in marketing and branding.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
