Job Description

Responsabilités :

  • Review and approve technical proposals for Mechanics activities related to Hull, Mooring, Process, Utilities, and Subsea packages for FPSO, Subsea, and O&M contracts.
  • Ensure inspectability of production sites within efficient costs by analyzing failure modes, reviewing inspection plans, and ensuring fitness for purpose and integrity of all facilities.
  • Participate in commissioning of monitoring systems, perform Baseline, and collect Technical Records.
  • Collaborate with TEPA Inspection department to ensure consistency with affiliate’s policies and methods, and optimize logistics, spares, and human resources.
  • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements, Company Ethics & “Code of Conduct” policy.
  • Validate strategy and optimization of inspection plans, follow Safety Critical Elements implementation, and ensure conformity and certification of facilities.
  • Ensure implementation of operation and inspection strategy based on FO objectives, approve Inspection philosophy and strategy, and ensure Inspection engineering meets availability and operating costs.
  • Manage technical expertise provided to sites in Inspection discipline to solve inspection issues, develop periodic reporting activities of the Inspection Discipline, and review Engineering documents related to Inspection or Integrity discipline.
  • Contribute to the definition of Commissioning strategy, optimize OPEX, and act as technical discipline focal point on specific project/work scopes and contracts.
  • Review CONTRACTOR Inspection management system, review and comment Contract technical need for the Inspection team to implement on time, participate and update REX and recommendations for future contracts, and participate in CONTRACTOR GROUP audits.

Exigences du Candidat :

  • Advanced Experience in Inspection and management, with oil production knowledge.
  • Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity, and leadership skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Inspection systems in offshore industry and good knowledge of GS and CR group.
  • Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus.
