Job Description

Responsibilities :

➢ A talented Saudi National
➢ Counsel the business on HR topics.
➢ Be knowledgeable about business needs and align HR actions accordingly, including
implementing HR strategies.

➢ Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support management on HR-
related issues.

➢ Manage recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing and
selection, and induction.
➢ Develop people at all levels through coaching, performance management,
development plans, and training, while monitoring performance metrics and adhering
to budget constraints.


Candidate requirements :
➢ University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social
science or economy, Desiable MBA with specialization in HR.
➢ Experience or understanding of Generalist HR management experience covering all
areas of HR management practice.
➢ Knowledge of 10 years HR experience in a similar industry/environment
➢ Familiarity with Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
➢ Professional expertise in employment law issues, redundancies, payroll and employee
relations
