Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Corporate Accounting and Finance Oversight: Manage all corporate accounting and finance functions, including treasury management, reporting and analysis, and financial consolidation.
  • Financial Close Process: Oversee and complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and accuracy of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Review and prepare monthly financial reports, communicate significant variances timely, and coordinate adjustments as needed.
  • Credit Compliance and Reporting: Manage credit compliance and handle all external reporting requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Plan and coordinate activities related to the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Financial Audits and Reviews: Coordinate periodic financial reviews and audits with external audit and tax firms.
  • Tax Filing Support: Provide necessary information to external accountants for filing federal, state, and local tax returns for the business and trusts.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Participate in cross-functional teams to drive organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Consolidation Software Management: Manage the Financial Consolidation software.
  • Process Improvement Leadership: Lead process improvement projects across Finance, Accounting, and IT departments.

Exigences du Candidat :

  • Expérience : 2-5 years of financial experience.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with varying but stringent deadlines.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with various levels of the organization.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ethical Behavior: Understand and practice ethical behavior and business practices, ensuring that one’s behavior and that of others align with organizational values.
