Supporting the Site Commissioning Lead in the completion all activities on site.
Is expected to liaise with the other functional and other sub-system leads to coordinate activities to ensure the most efficient work process are being maintained at site.
-Ensuring that commissioning readiness inspections (CRI) are conducted prior to pre-commissioning activates.
- The permit to work (PTW) process is being followed, maintained, and correctly implemented on sub systems under their supervision.
- The effective planning and implementation of all: flushing, blow out, loop testing, validation and preservation of equipment and piping within their allocated sub-system
- Consistently inform the project organisation on the utilisation of commissioning spares, tools and consumable applicable to their sub-system
- Continuously monitor and report progress on their sub-system to the site Commissioning lead.
Skills and Requirement:
A minimum 3 years’ experience post HNC/NVQ/Degree or equivalent within the
industrial gases or process industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical industry such
that they have supported commissioning activities.
A strong knowledge of relevant industrial standards and work processes to ensure a
safe and practical installation, ready for an efficient progress through the pre-
commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases.
The leadership and governance of all allocated sub-systems from acceptance
for pre-commissioning through to handover to the commissioning team for
commissioning and start-up activities.
Ensure that all pre-commissioning activities are logged recorded with progress
monitored within the completion system.
